Returns & Refund Policy

At Karoleen Keys Organic Perfumes, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase.

Perfumes 30ml and Over

• Every 30ml (or larger) perfume includes a free matching sample vial.

• You may try the sample before opening your full-sized bottle.

• If you decide the fragrance is not right for you, you may return the unopened bottle for either:

1. An exchange for another fragrance, or

2. A full refund of the purchase price.

Postage

• We offer free delivery for orders over $60.

• If you return a product, you will need to cover the cost of return postage, as the original shipping was paid by us.

Exclusions

• This return policy applies only to perfumes 30ml and over.

• This policy does not cover all other products (including skincare, blends, and accessories) and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions

• Returned items must be received in original condition, unopened and undamaged.

• Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
